Catbird's Kitchen and Marketplace is part communal gathering spot, part casual restaurant, and part convenient grab-and-go outpost. Pick up drinks and snacks before heading out or back to your room or join us for a bite or a beverage and rub shoulders with like-minded locals.Beer, wine, and a selection of handcrafted cocktails are available in our 24/7 market. Our coffee menu features espresso beverages uniquely crafted into stimulating signature drinks. From Tuesday through Sunday, Chef Erick Briggs also crafts some of his favorite dishes, which range from comfort food classics to Tex-Mex specialties. Some of our favorites include the classic smashburgers, buffalo wings, and the chimichanga.

- Breakfast destination amenity fee included and made-to-order from 7 am - 10 am daily
- Catbird Kitchen Lunch available 11 am - 2 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Guests can purchase from grab n' go market from 2-4pm.
- Catbird Kitchen Dinner available 4 - 8 pm Tuesday through Saturday
- Beverage service: Complimentary coffee available in lobby from 7 am - 2 pm
